Join us on December 19 at 8.30pm at the Saint-Lô theater for the show "Cabane".

Choreographer Lionel Bègue was born and raised in a family of four boys on Reunion Island. In Cabane, he shares childhood memories, the lushness of nature and the power of the elements that shaped who he has become and continue to inhabit.
The dance follows the games, disagreements, mischief and pranks of four brothers. They jump, heckle and joyfully invent their way of being together and in the world. The composition is tonic and lively, and the energy of the dancers highly communicative in a blossoming collective vibe!
The percussive music lifts the spirits of this family, who come together in this recreational space where teasing and fun go hand in hand.
On stage, four dancers replay the dynamics of a sibling in a common childhood setting: a tree house. In this danced autobiography, Lionel Bègue takes an amused look at the micro-society of sibling relationships, the evolution of a shared imagination and individuality within the group.
