What if Ulysses wasn't who we think he is? The hero of the Odyssey may just have been an impostor, capable of leading his audience astray.
The wanderings of the Greek hero become the wanderings of a show in search of itself, the ancient epic, the rambling canvas of the throes of artistic creation.
Driven by a shared desire to do theater differently, Flavien Bellec and Etienne Blanc deconstruct the image of the Greek hero with a taste for humor, doubt and attempt.
Somewhere between Homeric stand-up, cheap puppets and meta-theatrical performance, this anti-show plays on crisis and trial and error, the better to free us from the shackles of narrative and the weight of masterpieces.
