Situated in the commune of Moyon villages, this gîte in an old farmhouse not overlooked is ideal for a large family or a group of friends.
You can enjoy the SPA and a large lounge.
Outside, there is a south-facing terrace, a wooded park and a petanque area. Billiards in an outbuilding.
For fishing enthusiasts, there is a secure pond just a few yards from the house. Ideally situated for visiting Normandy between the D-Day landing beaches and Mont-Saint-Michel.
The beaches are only 30 minutes away.

The accommodation
A very spacious, characterful family home with all the comforts you need to enjoy and relax in the middle of a green setting.
There is a large south-facing terrace with barbecue adjoining the kitchen.
As the building is an old farmhouse, the exterior is completely enclosed and childproof. You can practise your bowls on the petanque pitch, cool off in the shade of the large wooded park, or play volleyball or badminton on the lawn...
There's plenty of space for children to run around or swing on the swings.

The building opposite the house will delight young and old alike with its pool table!

A little extra: a washing machine will be at your disposal.
Access for travellers
Guests have access to the entire gîte + the games room in the building opposite the house. Only the attic and cellar are closed.
