The "Ferme de la Pallière" is a pig farm with pigs raised on barley feed, processed on-site in our lab into ribs, roasts, sausages, ham, sausage, etc.

Silver medal at the CGA Paris 2020 for garlic sausage and bronze medal for country pâté. Present at the markets of Torigny-les-Villes, Condé-sur-Vire, Vire, and Ste-Mère-Eglise.
